All new students must be registered through the Meriden School District's Central Registration Office.

Please Remember to Bring:
- Your child's birth certificate
- Your child's most recent physical and immunization records
- Two forms of residency verification
Accepted Forms of Proof of Residency
Copy of one of the following:
- Deed to home, current mortgage bill, homeowner's property tax statement
- Escrow papers or signed mortgage commitment
- Homeowner's insurance policy (policy must be current and in effect)
- Rental agreement showing student(s) name
AND a copy of one of the following:
- Current utility bill or home telephone bill
- Automobile insurance
- Bank or credit card statement
- Current paycheck stub with address of residence
